State of the art clinical systems for patients and referrers
SG offers a centralised booking system, patients are able to choose an appointment date and time that is convenient for them and can elect to receive appointment reminders via a range of methods including telephone, email or SMS.

The ability to integrate seamlessly with referrers has been at the heart of the design of SG’s clinical systems platform. A dedicated integration engine ensures that SG can support a range of integration solutions including both HL7 and DICOM, and single or bi-directional interfaces. Furthermore, SG has a dedicated team of interface specialists to support the workflow specification and interface design and development process.
If a full HL7/DICOM interface is not required, referring organisations are able to register referrals electronically via connection to our in house booking team, thereby speeding up the referral process and reducing clinical risk.
